5-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 5-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@shankhroyal.com. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
